Appointments

Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Our office is open from:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7am - 8pm
• Thursday & Friday:  7am-6pm 
• Every Saturday morning: 8am - 12pm

Emergencies are accepted, subject to doctor availability, during regular clinic hours. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us (445-4296) or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

 

Emergency & Urgent Care

 We have a veterinarian and technicians on duty 6 days a week during office hours who are trained and equipped to handle most urgent care  problems your pet may have.

 Emergencies can be things such a rat bait poisoning, hit by car, bite wounds and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Payments

University Pet Clinic accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we require payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates, upon request, for treatments, surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.
